Our company is looking for a Site Manager to oversee a multitude of different responsiblity on our A+ Community in Muscle Shoals. The community has 204 Apartments that were new construction in 2020 and completed in 2021. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as an ability to coordinate the daily activities of their teammates. We're looking for a hard-working Site Manager who is also capable of troubleshooting problems and providing solutions. This is a fast moving and in-demand community with a wait list so the goal is to keep the property crisp and clean while still keeping unit turns moving quickly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the office space
• Order and purchase supplies
• Interact and communicate with all tenants to ensure they get the services they need.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and unit turns

Property Management experience is required. Yardi & Rentcafe software knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $49,000.00 per year
